Have the shop to yourself! Book a 20 minute shopping slot with us for just a £5 deposit and we'll take it off your total when you spend £20 or more in your visit. As an added bonus you can enjoy a glass of fizz (or a hot drink depending on the time of day!) while you shop!

Please arrive with no more than one other adult from your household/bubble and do not bring children with you if possible - babies and toddlers in carriers or prams are fine, but if you do need to bring older children with you, please let us know upon booking or before arrival. There will be no other customers present at the time of your booking. Please arrive on time, the end time will remain the same which could mean your appointment being cut short to prevent others' bookings from being affected.
You can also create a Wishlist prior to your booking and email this to us at email@example.com, and/or provide us with a list of people you're after gifts for, we can then be prepared and have some ideas and suggestions ready for you when you arrive.
We will contact you before your booking to clarify the details and let you know of any Covid related measures that are in place, or that have been implemented since you booked - as things change so often we think this is the best way for now!

- You must contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking time in order for us to refund your deposit. ie. if your appointment is booked for 9am on Thursday 1st October, you'll need to notify us by 9am on Tuesday 29th September.
- Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of your booking will not be entitled to your deposit being refunded unless we are able to rebook the time slot.
- 'No shows' are not entitled to a deposit refund.
* a complimentary drink will only be offered to up to two adults.
