Jesmonite is a low hazard material. The finished composite will emit no toxic fumes and the mixing process requires no harmful solvents. It is a material that is frequently used in construction; a relation of concrete, it is water-based, heat-resistant and VOC FREE. It is very lightweight, yet resilient, and has a smooth surface finish that is extremely tactile.
Each trinket box is made by hand by a one man band business in the UK with hand-blended colours and unique additions. No piece is ever the same, so you can be sure you have something unique and special. Every item is sanded by hand and sealed with a water-based, eco-friendly sealant for longevity.
To clean, use a damp cloth with warm soapy water and allow to air dry.
